b) TARIFAS RATES
Las tarifas están expresadas en dólares estadounidenses y son por habitación y por noche. Incluyen desayuno buffet. Impuestos (21% de IVA) no incluido. No residentes no deberán abonar este impuesto. All the rates are shown in US Dollars and they are per room and per night. Breakfast included. Taxes (VAT 21%) not included. Non residents are exempt of paying VAT.
c) TIPO DE CAMBIO EXCHANGE RATES
Los pagos realizados con tarjetas de crédito o en otra moneda en el hotel se cargarán en la moneda local equivalente de acuerdo con las fluctuaciones diarias de tipo de cambio utilizadas por el hotel. The rates will be charged in argentine peso according the Exchange rate for the payment’s date.
d) CANCELACIÓN CANCELLATION
Si cancela su reserva con una anticipación de 20 días antes de la fecha de llegada no se cargarán penalidades. Luego aplica una noche de penalidad. Si no se apersonan, sin ninguna comunicación previa, se cargará el total de la estadía. En caso de salida anticipada, se aplicará también esta penalidad (100% de la estadía).
Si la reserva fuese no reembolsable no se permitirán cambios ni cancelaciones, por lo que se cobrará el total de la estadía.
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. – If cancelled or modified later 100 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no show or early departure 100 percent of the stay will be charged.
If the reservation is non refundable, no changes or cancellation will be accepted.
e) MENORES CHILDREN
Los menores de hasta 2 años son hospedados sin cargo compartiendo habitación con al menos un adulto y utilizando las camas existentes. Mayores de 2 años abonan como un adulto. Los menores deberán estar siempre acompañados por un adulto.
Children up to 2 years free when sharing room using existing beds. Over 2 years old pay as an adult. Minors will be always under adult supervision.
f) CUNAS ADICIONALES ADDITIONAL COT
Puede solicitar sin cargo cuna adicional para menores de hasta 2 años. Sujeto a disponibilidad. Additional cot avaiable for babies under 2 years old. Subject to availability.
g) REQUISITO DE IDENTIFICACIÓN IDENTIFICATION
Toda persona que desee alojarse en Chalten Suites Hotel deberá cumplir con la debida registración al momento del check-in, exhibiendo identificación válida. All our guest must register at the check-in time, showing a valid ID.
h) SALIDA DESPUÉS DE HORA LATE CHECK OUT
Las tarifas para la salida después de la hora establecida varían según la hora del día. Sujeto a disponibilidad. The rate for check outs may vary according the check out time. Subject to availability.
i) MASCOTAS PETS
No se admiten mascotas. Pets are not allowed.
j) POLÍTICA SOBRE FUMADORES SMOKING POLICY
Está terminantemente prohibido fumar en las instalaciones de Chalten Suites Hotel. Se cobrará un cargo por limpieza del equivalente a una noche adicional a los huéspedes que infrinjan esta norma.
It is absolutely prohibited to smoke in Chalten Suites Hotel. The price of one night will be charged to the guest who disregards this rule.
k) REPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS DAMAGE POLICY
Cualquier daño causado por los huéspedes a los objetos, bienes muebles o al inmueble de propiedad del hotel, será de su exclusiva responsabilidad. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
l) OTRAS POLÍTICAS OTHER POLICIES
Dejar las llaves en recepción, sin excepción, cada vez que abandona el hotel. Leave the keys at the front desk, without exception, every time you leave the hotel
Está totalmente prohibido retirar toallas de la habitación como así también utilizarlas para otros fines distintos al propio. Si necesita elementos de limpieza para calzados u otros solicítelos SIN CARGO a la recepción. It is strictly forbidden to remove towels from the room as well as using them for other purposes other than personal hygiene. Ask for cleaning supplies for shoes or others at the front desk FREE OF CHARGE.
No se permite la introducción de alimentos y bebidas en las habitaciones o áreas públicas del hotel, salvo que fueran adquiridos en el bar o restaurante del mismo. It is not allowed to have food or refreshments in the rooms or public areas in the hotel, unless they were purchased at the hotel bar or restaurant.
